- Bradley Heaven ’79 and Bill Guglielmo ’00 are awarded first place in the physical science and chemistry divisions, at the Science and Engineering Fair of metropolitan Detroit.
- Bill Guglielmo ’00 is awarded 15 academic high school awards at Detroit Catholic Central.
- Amy Fry ’99, Becky Burean ’01, and James Weaver ’04 are recognized as National Merit Finalists.
- Rob Guglielmo ’02 and Jesse Zrull ’02 are seeded within the top five of their high school class at Catholic Central High School.
- Jennifer Magee ’87 is the valedictorian at Mercy High School
Lauren Yagiela ’97 is a graduate of The University of Michigan medical school and is completing her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
