Starting Sept. 11 with a trip to the Howell Nature Center, the group concluded its early-year bonding with another outdoor experience at Gallup Park in Ann Arbor.

Working on skills of cooperation, collaboration and communication, the entire group of middle school students were able to learn more about each other. That concluded with the Gallup Park trip, which included hiking and kayaking along the scenic Huron River.
